The Dish: Tuesday March 22nd 2011
So yesterday I had my first self control fail. I had three pieces of toast and peanut butter. Seems harmless enough right? But each piece of toast was 90 calories and then 190 calories for each peanut butter…which 145 calories of those are fat might I add. Then I had two chicken breasts.
So oatmeal at 100, popcorn at 225, peanut butter toast x 3 at 840, chicken breasts x 2 probably 400 is 1475 which in my mind is a fail.
But whatever, scale said 225 this morning so were cool.
Random thoughts I had today:
1. I love hot tea. I have faith in the fact that green tea somehow helps me
2. Hot sauce and mustard are the best condiments ever for not throwing off healthy eating.
3. I love sleep because it helps me avoid idle eating.
4. Peanut butter is satan.
5. I love whole wheat goldfish. You can eat 55 for just 140 calories! :)
