The Skinny on (my) Fat

The Daily Dish: 7.12.2010

Woke up, late, but not that my vacation is over that wont be happening on most days anymore.

My mom brought me okra (fried) but eh, I ate it neways because is one of my favs, and sweet potatoes from some soul food place she visited. She ate fried fish which looked so yummy. I was jealous. She said she wanted to bring me some greens, but she knew they were probably cooked in meat so she didnt. What a great mom.

For “lunch” a had my usual spinch and weggie patty whole wheat wrap + an orange.

For dinner I had about half the bag of this soy BBQ thing and some roasted squash, zuchini, and carrots. It was really good, but I probably should have eaten the ENTIRE bag of soy bbq and lots more veggies because as soon ate, and then waited on my body to say it was full, it was growling again.

I ate an apple.

My stomach is growling AGAIN. I ate some pecans.

Should I eat more, or drink water and ignore it?
