The Skinny on (my) Fat

The Daily Dish: 7.13.2010

K so,

Today was my first day back at work. I was really worried because, I work at a freakin bakery with lots of cookies, cupcakes, muffins, pie, and cake all over the place.

But I would like to report my non scale victory and say, I DIDNT EAT ANY OF THAT CRAP.

I mean, I can’t eat 99% of it anyways considering its not Vegan, but I could have always just cheated.

I ate well, but not enough.

I had an apple and water before I went into work at 10.

I didnt get to eat again until 3:30 because we were so busy at work.

I went to subway and had the veggie patty sandwich one wheat with spinach, olives, tomatoes, and honey mustard.

IT WAS SOOO GOOD! LIKE STRAIGHT BUSSIN!

I got off at 430. I passed out around 7 because I was so exhausted from standing for so long. My legs and thighs were burning like crazy which I guess is a good thing.

My mom went to Picadilly and got me greens, brocoli, sweet potatoes, and okra. I didn’t eat it tho because I was asleep and delirious.

I woke up about 30 minutes ago (11:30 PM) and was starving, although I didn’t wanna eat so late, I also thought it was a terrible idea to punish my body after working so hard today and not intaking many calories.

I’m not trying to starve myself, and I don’t want to create any habits that are borderline.

Ya know?

So I just ate. And it was AMAZING!

Everything I put in my mouth today was so YUMMY and guilt free!
