TMI Type Question
So, I get fiber, but, I feel like I’m not pooping enough.
I feel like I should be needing to go to the bathroom when I wake up, especially because I weigh in the mornings and I refuse to weigh unless I’m “empty”.
Id drink coffee, but I dont want the sugar or the milk, and I cant drink it black. The only other things I know that make me go are hot wings and apple juice, and I dont eat or drink that nemore.
Help!!!!
