Honestly, I have no idea. I dont count calories. I just dont eat things I know I shouldnt.
I dont eat meat, dairy, any breads that arent whole grain, no sodas, no sweets (except fruit), no candy, and I dont cook with butter or salt.
So basically, just fruit, vegetables, beans, whole grains, tea and water. :)
I’m just getting back into exercise. I do the eliptical and the treadmill. I am going to start some classes at the gym, including Pilated, Yoga, Cycling and Zumba.
