Thanks for the message. Trust me, I know all about the calorie deficit required to lose weight. However, a life of obesity and several failed attempts at dieting have shown me that calorie counting is not the way for me.
My weight loss is more about a lifestyle change. I want to simply eat the right foods rather than sitting there and counting the calories I’m taking in. Also, worrying about calories completely kills my morale and makes me feel guilty and paranoid when I shouldnt.
But that’s just me. If counting calories helps the next person, I completely support it, but personally, it is not for me.
